i stayed in a superior studio. it had a super-equipped kitchen and bathroom. i even found a washing machine, so this apartment is great for longer stays. the central location is excellent, close to public transport connections.
the heating system was turned off. the hotel said building management did that. they could not do anything about it.

there are many restaurants and cafes near the hotel. guests can find various options for all tastes. most dining establishments are easily accessible on foot within a few minutes.
